When will you process my order?

Orders will be processed within 1 week. We will confirm with you the wood, colour, size and other necessary details. Once you confirm every detail of the order, our factory will start production.

How long will it take to ship my commission order? (Custom  Class)

Customized product production will take 2-3 working days, depending on the color, material and size you choose. After the production is completed, we will arrange the shipment.

How long does delivery usually take?

Your order will be shipped from our factory and the lead time may be around 25-40 business days, depending on your delivery location. Note that your shipment tracking may not show any progress or movement during transit. Once your order arrives at your local distribution center and the delivery route has been established, our last mile delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Due to the current extreme demand for shipping, transit times may be further delayed.

*Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our warehouse and shipping operations, order processing and shipping times may be delayed up to 30 business days.

Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update shipping information, which may cause delays in the delivery of your order. Customs clearance can also cause delays.

If the customer has additional requirements but has not communicated in advance, the delivery cannot be delivered due to personal reasons and needs to be re-delivered, and the freight needs to be paid.
