Returns & Refunds policy

Buysing has a 30-Day return benefit after you received the items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
1. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-ordered products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on sale items, 

2. For all items, to be eligible for an exchange or return credit or refund as described above, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (no scratches, bending, missing stones, tarnished spots) and must be accompanied by the original purchase documents and receipts. AND must be shipped in original or comparable packaging. (Items received in less than comparable packaging will not be considered for exchange or store credit). All items will be inspected upon return.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue, you also can return the items to us without any delivery fee.

Send a Request
You need to contact Buysing service at service@buysing.com first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return Infomation details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation Policy
Contact us within 72 hours after payment to cancel the order.
We will prepare your items immediately, packed in 72 hours, and items will be shipped ASAP, which means the order will be unable to cancel.


Our Return Process System:
Step 1 - Send a Request
You need to contact Buysing service at service@buysing.com first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return Infomation details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Please Note:
1. All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging.
2. If the items are oxidized after we checked, they cannot be returned.
3. We donot provide pre-paid return labels; You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Step 2 - Ship Back Info
Please fill out the returns section on the order slip that came with your parcel or write full returns cover note within your parcel so we can process your request swiftly. The following details must be included in your return:

Whether you would like a refund for your item, or to exchange your item
Your full name, email address, and phone number
Order number
Your returns address (if you need an exchange)
*Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information.

*For your return, we propose using a trackable shipping service like DHL or Fedex or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Step 3 - Refunds
Returned items will always be refunded to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Credit or Debit Card - We will credit your account within 5 - 10 working days of receipt of your items.
Pay Pal & Apple Pay - We will credit your account within 5 - 7 working days of receipt of your items.
*Please note:

1. Customs duties and additional fees paid are non-refundable.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
